Contraindications & When We Modify

This is a wellness service and not a substitute for medical or mental health care. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

We can usually modify for comfort. Please let us know if you have:

  • Pregnancy (positioning + sound intensity adjustments)
     
  • Seizure disorder/epilepsy
     
  • Severe sound sensitivity (migraines/tinnitus)
     
  • Recent surgery or acute injury
     
  • Severe PTSD triggers with sound/touch (we can keep it ultra-gentle, hands hovering)
     
  • Implanted medical devices


Aftercare (24-48 hours)

Give your body space to release — softly, safely, and fully supported.

  • Hydrate (electrolytes optional)
     
  • Grounding meal + gentle movement
     
  • Warm bath/shower (Epsom optional)
     
  • Avoid over-scheduling right after your session.
